With a striking mesh of electro-meets-indie-pop, Dutch duo ANDERSON have made their stateside arrival with the debut of IT RUNS IN THE FAMILY, just released nationwide at retail and digital outlets from U&L Records.

To celebrate the release, Bas van Nienes and Joeroen Van der Werken—the pair that is ANDERSON—will land on US soil this July for live performances including a special CD release party on Tuesday, July 7 in Los Angeles along with a performance at The Roxy (On The Rox), Wednesday July 8. Additional performances include stops in San Francisco, San Diego, Ventura, Bend, Ashland and beyond. Complete details on all dates and locations follow below while more dates remain forthcoming.

The album’s first thumping single “Trevor * On The Dancefloor” has also made a debut in the states as it showcases the band’s stylistic marriage that tops fizzy-layered electronics with intimately smooth croon. This week, the song debuted at #15 on the ALT commercial radio charts, #8 on the KKBB Specialty Singles Chart and #9 on the FMQB Specialty Singles Chart where early pick-up has included spins from KROQ in Los Angeles, KPNT in St. Louis, KTCL in Denver, WEQX in Albany, KATT in Oklahoma City among others.
